**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or take feedback.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
- Record call details and maintain proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate can apply
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in [mention preferred languages like English/Hindi/regional].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle rejections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
