Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar
Experience: 5 years (Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales Team handling is must)

**Salary**: As per industry standards

We are hiring a TL/SME Telesales for our company who entails monitoring call time, call quality, and revenue targets, among other things.

Someone who can to increase company sales by contacting already established customers about new schemes that arrive in the product, intimate them with their uses and benefits and inquire if they might be interested in buying them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate sales by instructing team members to inform existing customers about new schemes in the company and encouraging them to make sales
- Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity.
- Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
- Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
- Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/ daily/ monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved.
- Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills. Good Leadership / Supervisory Skills.
- Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members
- Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
- Ability to make good sales decision
- Good Computer & Internet knowledge
- Submit weekly performance report to the Operations Manager
- Monitor call quality and provide continuous improvement

**Qualification**:
Any Graduate/Equivalent

**Experience**:

- 5 years experience in Sales or Customer engagement in BPO/Telesales/Telemarketing/Concept Selling, etc.
- 2 years proven experience in Sales Team handling experience is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
