**Responsibilities**:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Should be proficient in Tamil and English
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
**Work Location**: Work From Home
**Working days**:6 days a week
**Basic Requirements**: Need to have own laptop
**CTC**:3 - 3.6 LPA
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
