- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
- Maintain updated records of guest profiles and preferences.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure VIP guests and repeat customers receive special attention and recognition.
- Collect guest feedback and report to management for service improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all guests. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high guest satisfaction

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
