**1. Sales Process Assistance**
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on deals, documentation, and approvals.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.

**2. CRM & Data Management**
- Maintain and update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.

**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments (marketing, finance, operations).
- Handle internal communication regarding pricing, inventory, and product updates.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and escalating issues to the relevant teams.

**4. Order & Payment Processing**
- Support order management, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Ensure all required documentation is in place for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with finance to process discounts, credits, and refunds.

**5. Market & Competitor Research**
- Provide the sales team with insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

**6. Training & Sales Enablement**
- Maintain and update sales materials, presentations, and product brochures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions for the sales team on new products and policies.
- Ensure sales representatives have access to the latest product and pricing information.

**7. Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Monitor sales targets and team performance.
- Provide insights into sales performance through weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
