**Job Title**: Telecaller - Sales Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Telecaller - Sales Representatives** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by connecting with potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries and objections in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Punjabi, Hindi.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Punjabi (preferred)
