Job Summary:
Virtual Assistant will work with international clients by Cold calling a list of target customers to qualify

them and set up an appointment with the Business Heads. We are looking for someone who is career

oriented and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing E-mails
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Cold calling international clients
- Administrative tasks
- Managing accounts
- Make travel arrangements
- Create content to post on the company’s social media channels
- Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required.
- At least one year of virtual assistant experience preferred.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
