**Job description**

**Job Location**: Noida sec-63 (WFH)

**Job Types**:Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Schedule**: 9pm-6am (Night Shift)

**Working days**: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off and on working Saturdays, shift will be of 6hrs)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Strong command of both English and Spanish (C1 or C2 is preferred)
- Have an experience in working with clients from different countries (US, UK, CANADA).
- Creating and updating the company’s spreadsheet with 100% accuracy.
- Prioritizing daily workflow, including all inbound and outbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries.
- Multitasking between Clients calls, drafting documents and arranging appointments.
- Creating and maintaining a large client base by meeting needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Helping designs effective marketing strategies, targeting prospective clients and new leads.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Spanish (C1 or C2 level is preferred) and English (written and spoken)
- Experience Min. 6 months in US client servicing in Spanish only.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
