We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience.
Areas of focus may include UX and visual design.

**Responsibilities**:**
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate on low, medium, and high fidelity prototypes, low and high fidelity comps, and clickable prototypes.
- Provide input for design decisions based on good design principles.
- Min 1-3 years experience in UX & Visual Design, Strong communication skills to encourage collaboration within the project.
- Experience with the visual side of web design/Figma Must have a professional portfolio
- A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
- You should be proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
