Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to implement user-friendly solutions.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve accessibility, performance, and engagement.
  • Iterate on designs based on data insights and user feedback.
  • Create and maintain documentation, personas, and design guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency with established design systems and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX Design or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for improving user experience.
