KIDS Hospital is a 100-bedded healthcare provider in Bhubaneswar, specializing in surgical and critical care and diabetes. Since 2009, we have served over 150,000 patients. During the pandemic, our team successfully treated over 1,000 critical patients as a dedicated COVID hospital of the BMC, and had the best recovery rate of any hospital in Odisha. KIDS specialises in orthopaedic surgery, critical care, and general surgery. KIDS also has advanced in-patient diabetes management to handle critical complications arising from diabetes, and are the State Government’s principal referral centre for diabetes care.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Resident Medical Officer (Ward) at KIDS Hospital located in Bhubaneswar. The RMO (Ward) will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, treatment, and support to patients, monitoring and coordinating all aspects of their care, managing patient records, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team in the ward. The RMO (Ward) will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to patient care protocols and guidelines, as well as maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patients.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-internship work experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient care protocols
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and high-quality medical care to patients, and to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to changing situations
- Valid medical license from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the appropriate state medical board
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
