**Qualifications and Skills**

- Less than 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (MR)
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
- Stay updated with medical literature and product knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
