**We are looking for a junour accountant who would fulfill the following responsibilities.Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and trends.

**General Ledger Management**:

- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

**Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Expense Management**:

- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.

**Financial Audits**:

- Collaborate in the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.

**Ad Hoc Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software latest Tally, or any other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
