**Job Title**: Junior Executive - Accounts

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the company and maintain the organization’s financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and process vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Track and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Prepare and maintain customer accounts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies.
- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- **General Accounting Support**:

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare various financial reports as required.
- Support other accounting functions as needed.

**Tax Deductions, Filing and Compliance**:
Recording and calculating taxes on transactions, such as TDS, and GST etc.

Ensuring timely tax filings and remittances.

**Audit Support and Compliance**:
Preparing and organizing documents required for internal and external audits.

Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Assisting auditors by providing necessary data and clarifications.
- Inventory Management and Controls

Periodical Stock audits and Reconcilations

Consumption and utilization reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent data entry and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
