Our Client is looking for an Associate in the NBFC Division.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate.
The Associate will be responsible for managing key aspects of the operation process, include handling back end and front end operations, disbursement of unsecured products like business loan, personal loan, and Admin functions.
**Job description**:
- Manage and optimize operational processes related to loan processing/Customer service/collections.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflow
- Analyses operational data and trends to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends/regulatory changes
- Drive initiatives for process automation, digital transformation, and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency & customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations/compliance/risk management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

**Work Experience**: 2 to 4 Yrs
**Salary**: 400000 to 500000 LPA
**Location**: Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Timings** - 9:30 Am - 7 PM
**Working days** - Mon - Sat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
