**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for real estate websites and landing pages.
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for ranking and content creation.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are applied in all website content and blog posts.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark SEO performance and stay ahead in the real estate market.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance website health and performance (e.g., crawlability, site speed, mobile optimization).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to local SEO strategies to improve visibility for geo-targeted keywords and Google Business Profiles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Any Field
- 2-4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within the **real estate industry**.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
- Experience with WordPress, Wix, or other CMS Any platforms.
- Familiarity with local SEO, schema markup, and mobile SEO strategies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
