As an SEO Expert at Rankon Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to their websites. You will work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for target keywords.
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through outreach and other strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
