**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
1. Increase organic search traffic by X% within the first six months.

2. Improve website ranking for target keywords, achieving top positions in search engine results pages (SERPs).

3. Enhance website visibility and domain authority, measured by an increase in backlinks and domain trust metrics.

4. Optimize website performance and user experience, resulting in higher engagement metrics and conversion rates.

5. Provide regular reports and analysis on SEO performance, presenting actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-9 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
