**Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and the event planning team to understand the event's vision, theme, and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and design ideas for event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, and other event elements.
- **3D Modeling and Rendering**:

- Create detailed 3D models of event layouts, including floor plans, stages, seating arrangements, and decorative elements.
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- **Technical Design and Planning**:

- Work on technical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, to guide the production team.
- Ensure designs are feasible and align with the event’s budget, venue constraints, and safety regulations.
- **Material and Equipment Specifications**:

- Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and props that align with the design concept and event requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and secure necessary materials and equipment.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Work closely with the production, lighting, and sound teams to ensure cohesive integration of all elements.
- Coordinate with construction and installation teams to oversee the build and setup of the event structures.
- **Client Presentations and Revisions**:

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, explaining design concepts and modifications.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and adjust designs as needed.
- **On-Site Supervision and Troubleshooting**:

- Be present during the setup and breakdown of events to ensure the design is implemented correctly.
- Address any issues that arise during the event setup, making adjustments as necessary to maintain design integrity.

Qualifications Needed
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production work.
- **Design and Artistic Skills**:

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs.
- **Project Management Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to address design and logístical challenges efficiently.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in event design, set design, exhibition design, or a related field is highly desirable.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects, particularly those related to event management.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Understanding of construction and installation processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site during event setups and breakdowns.
