Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced 3D CAD Designer to join our team and drive innovation in prosthetic device design. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in creating precise digital models for patient-specific prosthetics, using advanced CAD and 3D printing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models for prosthetic devices, collaborating closely with clinical and fabrication teams.

  • Convert anatomical and project data into accurate digital designs for patient-centered solutions.

  • Optimize CAD models for manufacturability using additive and traditional manufacturing methods.

  • Revise and improve device designs based on clinical feedback and technical requirements.

  • Ensure all designs meet applicable safety and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation for design files and revision histories.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide inputs on design challenges and development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 3D CAD design, preferably for medical or prosthetic devices.

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with 3D printing in healthcare is highly desired.

  • Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and project management skills.

  • Effective communication to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
