**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store or warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and a smooth workflow. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, managing a team, and ensuring timely procurement and dispatch of goods, all while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement proper storage and handling practices to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate requisition needs to management when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on received goods and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Manage petty cash for the store/warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Supervise store staff and assign tasks effectively.
- Maintain records of stock movements, including:

- Updating stock purchases in the Input Register and ZOHO Inventory ERP Tool.
- Preparing sales orders and invoices in the ZOHO Inventory ERP Tool.
- Checking delivery challans before dispatching goods to centers.
- Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and procurement needs.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
- Implement measures to prevent theft, pilferage, and damage.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of storekeeping best practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (specifically ZOHO Inventory ERP Tool) is preferred.
- A valid 2-wheeler license and the ability to travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
