**Job Title: Store In-Charge**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management with IDS Software**:

- Utilize IDS software for efficient tracking and management of inventory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all items, including stock levels, deliveries, and consumption.
- Implement best practices for using IDS software to optimize inventory control.

2. **Ordering and Procurement**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their inventory needs.
- Place orders through IDS software, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Leverage IDS features for vendor management and negotiations.

3. **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming deliveries to ensure quality and quantity.
- Utilize IDS software for tracking shelf life, expiration dates, and quality parameters.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold standards.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with different departments to understand and address their specific inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices through IDS software.
- Foster effective communication and cooperation across departments.

5. **Space Management**:

- Organize the storeroom efficiently using IDS software to optimize space utilization.
- Implement a systematic shelving system in coordination with IDS functionalities.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas.

6. **Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports using IDS software to analyze inventory levels, consumption patterns, and stock turnover.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing stock levels and reducing wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store In-Charge, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in IDS (Integrated Data Systems) software for inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

**Qualification**:
Graduate or Under Graduate.

Pay: ₹8,267.52 - ₹47,289.46 per month
