**Job description**

We are hiring for store Assistants with minimum two years of experience in high rise residential Projects.

Job description
- Should be responsible for site management in multiple Projects and responsible for Daily Material Report at site.
- Custody and security of stores.
- Vendor selection, verification of vendor, vendor capability etc.
- Maintain all Registers, Stores data and documentation related.
- Coordinate with project manager for future requirements & should be responsible for Reconciliation of Cement / Steel/Diesel/Metal/Sand.
- Follow-up for timely delivery of materials & Fulfilment of all the material at site within appropriate time. Issue of materials at site & Preparation of GRN/MRN for all materials.
- Should handle Stores Handling, Indent preparation, Receipts & Issues, Inspection of material, Material Handling & Responsible for the store, the material and the manpower associated with it, including its Safe.
- Responsible for Storage and Preservation, Packing, material management, stock verification, Inventory Control, Material.
- Supervise & coordinate with stores officers for all Receipt/Issue and Inspection of materials in stores along with proper formalities and documentations.
- Should be responsible for Closing, Consumption & Stock Transfer by Weekly or Monthly.
- Must be familiar with transacting on materials relating to Buildings construction and maintain the records, and pass the entry in the ERP accurately.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

**Qualification**
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-8 years experience in real estate or Constructions stores

.Have at least 1-5 years of experience in Stores Maintenance in real estate/ Constructions experience.
- Should have experience in dealing with the transactions and processing the data through ERP system & Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Must have strong knowledge of computerized store activities with inventory management and should be proficient in MS Office.
