Responsibilities for Store In-Charge
Multi task as both store In-charge and supervise staff.
Handle menial to all assigned store related tasks.
Training will be provided, outstation travel will be required for training only(1 week).
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Basic computer skills to be able to enter walk-in orders into CRM software and update status for online orders.
Send reports to management daily/weekly/monthly.
Manage front desk and walk-in customers and enter details into CRM software.
Monitor staff within premises.
Handle operations within store.
Track online orders and schedule pickup/deliveries and meet timelines with customers and store operations.
Prior experience as store In-charge/supervisor is a plus.
Adhoc tasks/assignments as assigned by management, no task is too low no task is too high.
Multi-lingual - Speak understand basic Hindi, English, Telugu
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
