**Job Summary**: The Kids Area Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in a designated play area. They supervise activities, assist with play, and ensure the environment is clean, safe, and engaging. The attendant provides excellent customer service to families and ensures a positive experience for children in the area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise children in the designated play area, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Organize and lead fun, age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and interactive play.
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues, ensuring that children follow the rules and guidelines of the area.
- Assist children with play equipment, ensuring it is used properly and safely.
- Provide support and assistance to children as needed, including helping with basic tasks (e.g., tying shoes, adjusting clothing).
- Maintain a clean and organized play area, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Communicate with parents/guardians, providing updates on their child's activities and addressing any concerns.
- Enforce safety rules and provide first aid as needed (depending on qualifications).
- Ensure that the play area is properly stocked with supplies and materials for activities.
- Assist in managing group sizes to maintain an appropriate child-to-attendant ratio.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children of various ages.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Energetic, patient, and caring attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts when necessary.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with parents and children in a professional manner.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position requires standing, walking, and actively interacting with children for extended periods.
- The environment may be noisy and busy.

Work hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
