Junior EHS Executive - Full Time - TFS Site, India

We are looking for a Junior EHS Executive.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Ensure AFR 0 and ASR 0 for CT TFS.
- Intelex reporting for EHS observations, safety walks, Near misses, incident accidents and sustainability performance indicator.
- Conduct Pre-Start Safety Meetings with customers.
- Participate in Kick-off meetings with subcontractors to communicate mandatory requirements of SULZER TFS IN and customer requirement.
- Focus on prevention through equipment maintenance and employee training.
- Participate in continuing education to stay updated on health and safety protocols and techniques.
- Communicate information, suggestions and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the company.
- Analyze hazards and develop ergonomic risk assessments for public and non-public areas.
- Report injuries, illnesses, accidents and incidents with RCA to the QESH Manager.
- Execute effective safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene programs.
- Implement TTH (Top Ten Hazards) such as gas monitoring and preparation of ventilation plans as per global requirements.
- Preparing all HSE documents of all upcoming and running sites. Emergency Rescue Plan, Ventilation Plan JSA / TRA, HSE Plan etc.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Work experience: 5-8 years
- Experience with coordinating project based EHS activities and compliances.
- Education: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety
