Role: EHS Manager
Key Responsibilities
EHS Compliance
- Ensure site safety by identifying high-risk activities at sites & implementing EHSM system
- Guide Construction Management team in building a safe work environment
- Conduct inspections and EHS audits
- Suggest improvements for Project EHS Performance
- Analyze root causes for non-compliance & eliminate them
- Drive initiatives to make sites safer
Induction and Training
- Conduct trainings for associates & contractor staff
- Educate execution team on safe construction practices
- Drive EHS awareness & positive safety culture at sites
- Ensure zero fatality target achievement
- Implement Corporate EHS policy & best practices
- Identify gaps in implementation & take corrective actions
- Interface with Project heads for internationally accepted practices
Documentation
- Update legal requirements & communicate to sites
- Network with industry forums & government bodies for statutory updates
- Ensure compliance of legal and medical document verification for contractors/workers
Personal Development
- Develop EHS team knowledge & skills
- Team building and striving for excellence
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 8–14 years (7–12 years mentioned separately in qualification section)
- Education: Graduate with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety / Certified Safety Professional / NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate in OHS / M.Tech in Safety
- Industry Preference: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Large Construction Houses
Role Objective
- Ensure EHS compliance for projects through Training, Monitoring & Audit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
