**Job Title: US Recruiter**
**Location: Work from Home**
**Salary Range: 15K-30K**
**Minimum Exp: 6 months(US Recruitment)**

**Shift: Night (EST time zone)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and creating job descriptions that accurately reflect those needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to make job offers and negotiate salaries
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on US recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Experience using recruitment websites and platforms for US recruiting

**Salary**: ₹10,299.20 - ₹30,094.38 per month
