**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
- Support employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires
- Engage in talent management activities including succession planning and employee evaluation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos is preferred
- Experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is a plus
- Ability to conduct research on market trends and lead generation strategies for talent acquisition
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Salesforce is advantageous
