Job description

In this role, you would be responsible for providing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support to our clients.

**Responsibilities** shall include supporting the US hiring from Offshore (India) in the EST/PST Hours. **Will be a remote role.**

Manages full recruitment life cycle
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Sources resume for roles in IT
Determines and evaluates applicants' qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules
Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions

**Skills required**:
2 - 5 years of Technology hiring experience
Good understanding of recruitment in the US
Excellent resume sourcing skills
Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
A Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or Human Resources degree.
