Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Bilaspur, Gurugram, Haryana

Renumeration: Rs.1,20,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per annum

As a Tracking Executive, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and overseeing the movement of fleet during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods by tracking vehicles and maintaining communication with drivers.

This position requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

- Monitor the movement of vehicles and shipments during the night shift.

Utilize tracking software and GPS systems to track the location and progress of deliveries. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any deviations from the plan.

Coordinate with dispatchers and other team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during transit.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, including departure times, arrival times, and any incidents or delays.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Graduation as minimum qualification
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferable
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ownership mindset with a focus on ethics and positivity
