**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Obstetrics & Delivery Services**:

- Manage **normal and high-risk pregnancies**, ensuring safe deliveries.
- Perform **vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections (C-sections), and emergency obstetric procedures.**:

- Monitor fetal growth and maternal health through **regular antenatal check-ups.**:

- Handle **complications in pregnancy** such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and preterm labor.

**2. IVF & Fertility Treatment**:

- Conduct **IVF consultations, fertility assessments, and treatment planning.**:

- Perform **ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfers.**:

- Guide patients through **hormonal stimulation protocols, egg retrieval, and embryo implantation.**:

- Monitor and manage **pregnancy post-IVF treatment.**:

- Educate couples about **assisted reproductive techniques (ART) and fertility preservation.**

**3. Gynecological Surgeries & Procedures**:

- Perform **mínimally invasive gynecological surgeries** (Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy).
- Conduct **hysterectomies, fibroid removal (myomectomy), ovarian cystectomies, and endometriosis surgery.**:

- Treat gynecological conditions such as **PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and pelvic infections.**:

- Carry out **colposcopies, cervical biopsies, and diagnostic procedures for reproductive health.**:

- Manage **menstrual disorders, menopause-related issues, and sexual health concerns.**

**4. Patient Care & Consultation**:

- Provide **comprehensive counseling** on reproductive health, pregnancy, and fertility treatments.
- Maintain **strong doctor-patient communication** with empathy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with **embryologists, endocrinologists, and neonatologists** for holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on **advancements in IVF, reproductive medicine, and gynecological treatments.**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **MBBS + MS/MD /DGO (Obstetrics & Gynecology)** from a recognized institution.
- **Additional specialization in IVF/Fertility Medicine (Fellowship/Diploma in Reproductive Medicine) preferred.**:

- **2+ years of experience** in obstetrics, IVF procedures, and gynecological surgeries.
- Proficiency in **laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures** is an advantage.
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills with a patient-centric approach.
