**Description**
- **Role description: full time on-site role for an obstetrics and gynaecology resident at Wani hospital situated at nalasopara West.**:

- Qualification: MBBS degree or equivalent
- Completion of residency program in gynecologist and obstetrics.
- Conducting thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients.
- Diagnosing and treating a variety of gynecological and obstetric conditions.
- Providing prenatal care to pregnant women, including regular check-ups and monitoring fetal development.
- Assisting in the management of labor and delivery, under supervision.
- Performing routine gynecological examinations, including Pap smears and breast exams.
- Assisting with and, under supervision, performing surgical procedures such as dilation and curettage (D&C), hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy.
- Counseling patients on family planning methods and contraceptive options.
- Offering guidance on reproductive health and family planning choices.

Preferred Education

**DGO (Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology), DOccMed (Diploma in Occupational Medicine)**
