**Job Title**: Showroom Sales Executive

**Location**: Goregaon West, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our furniture solutions effectively, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to final purchase.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand and assess customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate furniture solutions.

Demonstrate product features and benefits, and handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.

Contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Assist with store merchandising, inventory management, and other operational tasks as needed.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software and POS systems.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
