**Job Purpose**:
To manage walk-in customers at the showroom, handle client servicing, promote products, and achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handle client servicing - manage queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare quotations, generate sales orders, and ensure smooth billing and delivery coordination.
- Maintain showroom standards, product displays, and stock arrangements.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Stay updated with product launches, offers, and industry trends.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / billing software preferred.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Experience: 0-3 years in showroom sales / retail sales / client servicing.
- Freshers with good communication and interest in sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
