Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Executive located in Worli. The Showroom Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, showcasing luxury furniture and lighting products, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and managing inventory. Daily tasks will include client consultations to understand their needs, providing product information and recommendations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and client consultation skills
  • Experience in luxury furniture and lighting products
  • Organizational and inventory management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
