**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.

**Strategic Planning**:
Understand clients’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

**Sales and Business Development**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

**Project Coordination**:
Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Coordinate with various departments to facilitate successful project implementation.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

years of experience in client management is one year, sales, or account management one year.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types **:Full - time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,275.37 per month
