**Job Summary**:
The South Indian Commi 1 is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various South Indian dishes. They work under the guidance of senior chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure that food is prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for South Indian dishes, including cutting, chopping, and marinating.
- **Cooking**: Cook various South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and other regional specialties.
- **Follow Recipes**: Follow standardized recipes and cooking processes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep workstations clean and organized, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and presentation.
- **Adherence to Food Safety Regulations**: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to coordinate food preparation and service.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying supervisors when ingredients need to be replenished.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge of South Indian cuisine through training and self-study.
- **Flexibility**: Be willing to work in different sections of the kitchen and assist with other duties as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
