Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across multiple channels.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to drive engagement and growth.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience preferences.
- YouTube Content Strategy & Management:

- Plan and manage YouTube content strategies to maximize reach and visibility.
- Handle YouTube Ads and optimize for lead generation and audience growth.
- LinkedIn Marketing & Management:

- Develop LinkedIn content strategies and ad campaigns to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Manage LinkedIn profiles and community engagement effectively.
- Google Ads & SEO:

- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns for effective lead generation.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Online Campaigns: Design and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for maximum reach and conversion.
- Performance Marketing: Develop and manage data-driven performance marketing strategies for measurable results.
- Growth Marketing: Identify new growth channels and implement scalable marketing strategies to achieve rapid business expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and management.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube ads, Google ads, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, online campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
