We are seeking a motivated Back-End Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in streamlining our sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing**: Prepare accurate invoices and ensure timely submission to customers.
- **Order Processing**: Handle customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, coordinating with the production and dispatch teams.
- **Work Order Management**: Generate and track work orders, ensuring they are executed efficiently in collaboration with relevant teams.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase orders, and related sales documentation.
- **Coordination**: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure seamless operations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology & Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a sales support, operations, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Freshers may also apply.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
