The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their inquiry or concern.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with customer service team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of service.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and suggest ways to improve customer service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in management is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- **Skills**:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
