**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- Develop and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- **User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that reflect the brand’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and implement interactive elements.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create and maintain design assets, including icons, banners, and illustrations.
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Produce visual content for marketing and promotional materials as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
