**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly creative **UX/UI Graphic Designer** with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will collaborate closely, product managers, and developers to create engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all design outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in UX/UI design and graphic design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface designs, graphic work, and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe suite, Photoshop, ⁠Figma, Canva, Power point.
- Solid understanding of design systems, user experience principles, and responsive design.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and development teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to performance marketing creative and digital campaign design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of software development industry is an added advantage.
