We are seeking a creative and talented UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs, we'd love to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface specifications and workflows.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Graphic Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and design graphics for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media, and branding materials.
- Design visually engaging presentations, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UIUX: 1 year (preferred)
- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
