**Responsibilities**:

- Planning an innovative UX and executing the required UI design process to deliver on time.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Participate in Agile development process including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.
- Use design patterns and object-oriented software design principles to create intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions.
- **Support for Digital Marketing by creating creative assets like explainer videos, posters, How-to videos, Websites, etc.**:

- **Execute & support the Website design & maintenance for the Product marketing.**

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating proficiency in creating user-centred designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate tools, and their plugins.
- Experience in handling both Raster and Vector graphics, Video and audio content.
- Creativity and a strong eye for visual design and aesthetics.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
