**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage customers, understanding their requirements and design preferences.
- Provide **styling, design, and product recommendations** tailored to customer needs.
- Leverage knowledge of bath fittings, sanitaryware, and interiors to provide expert guidance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain appealing product displays and customer experience.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, new launches, and style inspirations.**

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in **Interior Design/Fashion Design** or relevant **designing experience.**:

- Prior experience in the **bath industry** preferred (brands like **Aquant, Cera, Kohler, Jaquar, Johnson Bathrooms, Kajaria, etc.**).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation and customer-first approach.
- Creative mindset with an eye for styling and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
