Job Title: Style Advisor

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Style Advisor to join our team at our Bandra store. The ideal candidate should have a background in Interior Design/Fashion/Designing or relevant experience, combined with excellent sales skills and strong communication abilities.As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing styling and design recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers with a personalized and professional approach.

Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and requirements to suggest suitable styling/design solutions.Provide expert guidance on products, collections, and styling ideas.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by offering excellent service.

Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Coordinate with the team to maintain store displays and product presentations.Stay updated on the latest design and style trends to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flair for styling, creativity, and design.

Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach.

Enthusiastic, confident, and ready to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31, ₹40,000.00 per month
