**Job Title: US Recruiter**

Remote, anywhere in India

**MUST have reliable infrastructure, including high-speed internet, fast enough computer, and disturbance-free workspace, to operate remotely.**

**Shift hours: 8 AM - 5 PM US Eastern time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with US clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- One year or more of experience as a US Recruiter, with a proven track record of hiring US citizens and GC holders for full-time and contract jobs in the US
- Thorough knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
