We will provide training.Roles & Responsibilities:- Interview candidates and understand technical jargon- Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates- Conduct Boolean searches- Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing- Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes- Use creativity in finding the right talent- Hit weekly targets- Update resume formatting to make it presentable- Must have good communication skills- Must have knowledge of US IT RecruitingExpectations of the job:Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week.Minimum 1 closure in a month
