We will provide training. Roles & Responsibilities: - Interview candidates and understand technical jargon - Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates - Conduct Boolean searches - Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing - Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes - Use creativity in finding the right talent - Hit weekly targets - Update resume formatting to make it presentable - Must have good communication skills - Must have knowledge of US IT Recruiting Expectations of the job: Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week. Minimum 1 closure in a month
